3D Subtitles Problem.

Hello,
I have very strange problem, recently I bought Panasonic VIERA 3D Smart,
so I have that problem : I put so movies in USB 2D and 3D, and on the 2D movies I have subtitles but on the 3D I don't. But on the PC I have subtitles (converted them with some programs, so the subtitles are showing on the both screens).
So If somebody know what the issue is, please help me!
