Screen Too Big Can't Post

My father has an RCA LED32C33RQ. The issue is say your watching a football game. The little boxes showing the score and such is in the left hand upper area of screen but is too far to the left so you don't get it all. I have been through the manual and googled and found nothing that works. Even on CNN most of the trailer is gone. Any help would be appreciated. I'm sure if I called Tech Support they would want me to pay them and for this I can't justify it.

Re: [copiman] Screen Too Big [In reply to] Can't Post

Pg 8: Screen Size
Screen Size: Select a screen aspect ratio. (Available ratio: Wide, Cinema, Zoom, and Normal.) Please choose the ratio that applies to your video signal format best.

IF using a set-top-box (cable/satellite) each of these may also have a aspect ratio/format/screen size adjustment.

Well it turned out to be the cable company. All is well. Thanks again for your help.
