LG 47LCDF HDTV

I have 2 LG 47LC7DF HDTV sets, both have bad STBY 5 volt supplies. Both measure about 1.7 - 1.9 volts. Cannot find a schematic diagram nor a replacement supply. Anyone have seen this problem and can provide help?? Thanks
