LG Flatron W2061TQ	Can't Post

This is a computer monitor i have the problem i have is when turned on it shows the LG and energy star logos fine, then will flash power standby mode briefly then go black. If i boot or reboot it will display (flash) a couple of boot screens then show starting windows then go black. Its not anything with the cable or video card i can think of used another monitor to test everything was fine. Using dvi cable.

Fire up with no input cables - should show test screen.

The same results occur the only difference is it flashes check signal cable before blacking out.
