Hey Dan, Thanks for any help. At this point just plugged in shielded cable from Time Warner Cable - no cable box or HD converter attached. Could that be the problem? I called tech support and they said to try the zoom - if I understood the English correctly. Wasn't home but when I came home and tried the problem was still there - not surprised.
