Sanyo 32" DP32647	Can't Post

Im new here.. i searched a little on the forum for related problems but found none I have a Sanyo 32" dp32647 LCD TV. When i go to turn it on it clicks like it is turning on but then nothing. no picture no sound. I am in Japan and i want to fix this TV. Any Help?

I have already tried just turning it off. Then on. Different plugs and all that.
