Sony 32EX402 problem

I have a problem with subtitles on channels where subtitle isn't glued to the picture (In my case Discovery channel, National geographic etc). Everytime I change the channel or turn the volume up or down I loose subtitle and then need to turn it back on using the subtitle button. I read somewhere that this could be solved but adjusting subtitle settings to "for hard of hearing" and that then subtitle will be always on. The problem is that I use analog signal and that option isn't accessible cause of that. Sony support said that the auto start up should solve the problem, but it didn't. Does anyone have a suggestion what to do? Many thanks!
