chooseing a tv Can't Post

hey guys im looking to get a tv this year and i hear lcd tvs are the way to go im looking for a 42-47 in tv its going to be used for gaming mainly and also some movies. i need some suggestions in name brands. well it seems sony is the best but they also are the most expensive but it might be worth the money also i hear samsung is a very good tv for the money. also i want it to be 1080p and 120hz. im open to any suggestion and information also ive noticed plasma have been droping in price ever since the 3d tvs came out are plasma a decent option and if so which ones. also what is the life expectancy on a lcd vs plasma. thanks again guys looking forward to your info

Panasonic is the only make I recommend these days. As for life expectancy, dont buy on credit as it will probably be a write off before you finish paying for it.

For me LED TV is better than LCD.
LED's picture quality is much better, We know it's little bit expensive than LCD but it's superb.
