vizio fuse blown	Can't Post

Hi guys; i have a Vizio E321VL dead with blown fuse,can you please advise on what other components should i check before i replace fuse and turn it on?i checked some of components on the board and there are 4 mosfets 2 of them see pic, i circled the 2 mosfets kf5n50 that test short in circuit,don't know if these are bad!any help would be appreciated.

Thanks ; i already done that and i have good news; my Vizio E321VL is up and running,the following components were used to make the repair;F601,Q602 Mosfet KN8N60,IC150 STR W6053N, Q606,Q607 Mosfes KF5N50.
Note the replacement for the SM mosfet KF5N50 Q606,Q607 were T220 cases instead of the SM so i had to adapt them to the bottom of the board,see link Attach.

I think the Q602 Mosfet KN8N60, and IC150 STR W6053N,are good but since i had them out and had the New repair kit i went ahead and replaced those and kept the old ones for future repairs.Thanks for all your help on this,appreciate.
