Blinking	Can't Post

I have A SANYO 50' plasma this tv its about a year and a half years old. It blinks uncontrollablly. When i turn the set off and back on it will stop for a short period of time. I thought it was my cable but the flat screen in my bedroom doesn't do it. Please help

What "blinks?" The Screen or the front panel LED(s)?

The picture blinks. I guess that is the screen. It even does it when I play a dvd. Thanks for noticing the minor typo.... 50'' screen.
