Phillips 63" Plasma? Can't Post

I saw a Philips 63PF9631D 63" plasma at a store yesterday and it looked great! Anyone seen any reviews on this model?

Thanks!

techchris,

I appreciate your input. I know nothing about the reliability history of these TVs. If this is a NEW model from Phillips is there a possibility they have corrected any problems that might have influenced your opinion?

Once again, I am not "tech-savy" so any feedback is very much appreciated.

I cant remember the last thing philips made that did not come with inherent faults. it must be years ago.also their service back up is next to useless, and getting spare replacement boards is a nightmare. The best advice I can give you is to buy Panasonic

Philips would be the last brand of Plasma TV that I would buy.

The HD picture is of excellent quality and it is very easy to set up and use. Clear and bright with easy setup demo to get the picture the way you want it. but the table top stand seems a little shaky and the wall mount is minimal - get an articulating wall mount that will allow access to the rear. At 178 lbs, it takes 2 men to move or mount
