Vizio V50HDTV10A NoPicture Can't Post

My TV has no picture, but sound and tuner work fine. I believe this indicates a bad y sus board. The ps has several bulging caps, so I know it's bad. When I measured the output voltages VS and VA they fluctuate +/- 5 to 10 volts continuously. The +5 output measures approx. 5.5v

My question is, is there a way to test the y sus board? And is it possible that the bad ps has burned out other boards? Or is the ps possibly the only problem? I really don't want to just start replacing parts if I'll end up spending more than this TV is worth--my research indicates that these Vizio plasmas are very prone to early failure.
likely just a power supply problem, you can check the y board by unpluging the y board from the power board and then checking all the pins on the y board (that are feed the voltage lines, like vs,ve,va) for a low reading on your ohm meter checking to ground. If you get a low reading on any of these pins the y board is bad also.
