so someone gave me this tv. they told me they saw a little smoke coming from right side if u facing the front of tv. so i opened it up and tried to turn it on and sure enough saw the smoke location. i beleive its called lower y buffer. my question is should i just replace the lower y buffer or should i replace lower and upper, plus the y main board? how can i test, and what should i test? i looked real good and didnt find anything obvious. please help trying to keep cost down.
