Hey tvduude, depending on where the crack is, it may not affect the picture but it's definitely an eye sore.
I recently bought mine from a company called Lazada, spotted that there's a crack on the frame but I find myself keep looking at it despite the fact that what is shown on the screen is not affected.
I managed to exchanged the damaged unit for a new one though.
