hi our new plasma when its on channel 9 and 10 while watching digital tv it stops the sound and its pixelation throught the shows and really is annoying doesnt matter if we change the antenna around.please help tv driving us mad. Mad

check the signal quality and strength in the on screen menu.its probably bad on the channels that are breaking up, in which case you need an upgraded antenna

You're not getting a good (strong) signal on thoise channels. Digital TV signals are either there, or not. Weak reception means no picture. You may need to relocate the antenna, not just twist it around. If there are large buildings, trees, or other solid things between your antenna, and the station transmitter you will have problems. Your antenna needs to have VHF, and UHF elements. Most of the digital are on UHF frequencies, but after the switch there could be some that move to the vacated VHF frequencies.
