vizio vp322hdtv10a problems

I have just replaced the power supply in a vizio vp322hdtv10a due to swollen caps and now have different symptoms.
Plug in and get amber light in front
Press power and amber light turns to white (relay click)
6 seconds later second relay click
Front light stays white but no picture or sound appears
Any suggestions on what to check next?
