Try to unplug the tv and plug it back in and see if that clears your problem. If not your tv needs a small signal board. This board is the computer for the tv. It is a card like board that seats into the small signel module. The new part needs to be adjusted for your tv, so you will need service technician to do the Job 3-400 dollar repair.
