Adustment HELP Can't Post

I Traced the problem to the adjustement board on my CU4601b Hitachi, I took it off to resolder and check some things and fould a crack were one of the screws was put in to tight. I called around and found one for 10 bucks from a electronic guy who said he just didnt need it LOL. anyway brought it home and I have blue now YES but I have to adjust all the screws to find the best picture is there a easy way to tip trick to get started there is like 30 screws. I have seen it done years ago by my late uncle but I was a kid and dont remeber I think he started by turning all the screws to the center then doing some then skipping but I just dont remember Any advice.

Re: [sonic] Adustment HELP [In reply to] Can't Post

If the original board is still available, you can use that as a "reference" to where the pots should be to start with, then make fine adjustments to each pot. Another tedious process I like to use is to test each pots resistance individually, marking the values for each as I go along, and then transferring those values to the new board using the pots for each perspective value. A little monotonous I know, but the results are usually pretty good and requires VERY little fine-tuning afterwards.
