Electron Gun Leak?	Can't Post

I was thinking of taking 55 Inch TV....From what is known the electron guns have leaked on the board....from what I am, told is that this is common and an easy fix...I have been told all u have to do is clean it up and it should work....So my question is can it be fixed? and if its worth fixing? Thank you in advance

the fluid is corrosive so it has probably done untold damage to the board it dripped on. changing cooling fluid is not easy but there is plenty of info online.How long has the fluid been leaking? the longer it was going on the worse state the rest of the tv will be.
