This TV was just delivered today. We plugged it in and turned it on, and there is a black triangle shape from the top of the screen to the middle. We have run magic focus and nothing. HELP HELP

Did the TV fail all of a sudden or gradually over time?

What about audio?

Is it only picture problem ?

Try to be more specific.....

It is just the picture, it was bad from the first time we turned it on. There was no damage to the carton it came in, so I don't think it fell. We just had it delivered yesterday after waiting for a month.

I would immediately call the place you bought it to have it replaced. If you have to start repairing it already you can bet more problems will follow in the future.
