Hitatchi shadowing problem

I have a 52" Hitatchi projection tv, it all works well and the picture is pretty good except for a shadowing problem on the left third of the screen. From the left side, the picture is shadowed and moving right gets more focused and about a third into the screen the picture is perfect. I aligned the colors and it is actually pretty sharp. I looked for any balancing issues and also for a loose mirror and front screen cover are all tight. Any suggestion to fix would be appreciated. thanks
