JVC-AV-48PRO	Can't Post

power on ther is a nois of high voltage and relay clicking -no screen and led flickering from red to green-red green........
i changed 2 ic stk 390-110 also la7833(vertical)
i check all the parameter of protect
but its hard to do it because all the volltage turn off quiklly
need help .

Try checking the Horizontal Output Transistor. Sorry I don't know the part number off hand but it will be a large transistor near the Flyback Transformer on a large heat sink; these transistors often go bad in JVC sets -- Dan
