Magnavox 50in DLP

I have a Magnavox 50in DLP HDTV (50ML8105D/17) The picture look watery when you get close to it and look. I have it hooked up with YPbPr. When I hook up the computer to it with the vga in it looks the save. The letter box commerical look ok on the black of the letter box but not on the picture. If any one could give me any info on any hidden setup or on what my problem is that would be great.
