Mitsubishi VS-411r Blurry	Can't Post

Mitsubishi VS-411rs.......Red doesn't line up with the rest of the colors and creates and a blurry picture. Can't adjust the red enough to put it back where it should be. Is this an IC on the convergence board issue? How much would it cost to fix this? If anybody is in the NW Suburbs of Chicago and willing to help me with this issue let me know...THanks!!

sure does look like a red amp is out and meybe a resister but also pix is blurry mybe mirror and len. need cleaning also DUST blue and green are out of focus or bad pix
