Pioneer SD-P4573	Can't Post

I can't get the TV to work with cable but it works fine with a VCR or DVD. Is there some way I need to reset or program the TV to work or recieve cable signal? I know the cable is OK and the TV works fine, but no picture when hooked to cable. I obviously don't have the product manual.

Please help!!!

Was it working well in the past? It sounds like it could be a bad tuner. Do you have an antenna you can try- do you get any signal that way?
