Pioneer stk4277 problem Can't Post

As per suggestions on this forum I orderded and ateempted to install the 2 stk modules on the pioneer projection TV. I did the stk 4274 first, and all went well. TV fired up right after, although convergence problem was still there. I then did the 4277 and when I put in the new replacaement the tv wouldnt power up. It clicked on once but then nothing. I reinstalled the old 4277 and the tv comes on now,but nothing has changed on the picture.

Did I get a bad 4277? I resoldered and checked my soldering with magnifying loupes and all looked well. The 4277 that came off was a 4277sl, I used a 4277 and just bent the pins so that the piece sat on the heat sink the same way. Is it reversed in the orientation I put it in? Somone said the only diff. between 4277 and 4277sl was the pin direction, so I thought bending them into the correct orientation would do it.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

The original problem is that the green has jumped up so that I cant get the red and blue to correctly overlap it on the convergence.

Thank you
