I have a RCA PTK195 Cahssis, Model # P56820BL. I am having troubles with my screen,has the hour glass look. error codes 16 and 10 came up. I2C run bus latched and FPIP POR. I assumed it was my Convergence Power Circuit Board so I changed the regulater(U19700) on It. still screwed up screen. any suggestions?
