Howdy all.
I bought the RCA DLP-50 Scenium, about 2 years ago, and 3 months ago I replaced the bulb on the unit for the first time. Two weeks after I replaced the bulb I started to notice that the bulb would not always ignite on the first "ignition". At times it could take 4 or 5 times before the bulb would fired up. I could hear the TV trying to ignite the bulb, but it would just flash the LED's 5 time and just start the sequence again (typical of a bad bulb). So, since I have a 4 year entended warranty, I called Best Buy and got a replacement bulb, to replace the recently installed bulb which was in my TV. I put the new lamp in and the problem went away. Now, three weeks later, I notice the same problem coming back again. This time its not as severe, but the lamp does not always iginite on the first attempt. Sometimes it may take 3 or 4 trys before the TV to fire this bulb up.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
