SONY KP-61V15 TROUBLE	Can't Post

I have a Sony KP-61V15 that I just started using after a long time in storage. It worked fine for a week, now when I turn it on all I get is 3 thin colored lines across the blank screen. I have perfect sound though. Does anyone have any ideas?

Yeah,

I had a similar problem and I went to the fixyourowntv.com site and got the convergence panel repair kit. If you can solder with a soldering gun, your home free. Be carefull though, don't touch any of the adjustment knobs on the panel (which is located in the bottom front of the TV set) or you'll have a tough time getting the picture fine tuned after the repair. The guy at the website is kinda grumpy, but he'll eventually send you all the information you need.
