Samsung HCP4752W trouble Can't Post

I have a 2 year old Samsung HCP4752W projection TV. Took it to the TV guy and he couldn't fix it. He said it is the main board. So where is it coming from? Well enough of that! Not getting anywhere with the TV guy. I brought the service manual and got into the tv system.

First thing first.

Screen display: Look like Horzional sync (pictures torn) Half the picture on right side is on the left side and the other half of the picture is on the lest side is on the right side all with some ghosting. Everything is out of wacko. See pictures attachments.

Sound OK, Color OK.

Before I go into testing mode, I wrote all values down from the sevice menu. When I got into the service mode there are adjustments and fixed setting. In the 480p Offset mode, adjustment value can be change on, V Amp, V Shift, H EW and H Shift. However I can not change the value. What going on here?
The same thing is going on in the 1080i Offset mode. Adjustment can not be done to, V Amp, V Shift, H EW and H Shift. From the service manual, standpoint of view, said those value can be change. However, I can not change the value of V Amp, V Shift, H EW and H Shift. Is this part of the problem I am having, from what the picture show on the attachments?
Values on the service menu are the same as they were before the TV started going wacko.
Could someone view on what the picture is shown in the attachments? What does it look like to you? Attach is also a correct picture from a different TV.
Any help from anyone will be greatly appreciated.
