OMG, how easy was that. Once i took off the back and took a look, I could understand better. I had Crawfishes pdf, thank you Crawfish, and it helped, but for my Samsung, was not exactly the same. I ended up removing the blue crt. one it was out of the TV make it very easy to work with. Three screws on the expansion chamber, and i could literlay turn the crt over and dump the fluid into a can. after that removing the lense and cleaning with the denatured alcohol and putting it all back togather took about 2 hours. once the crt was firmly mounted in place i turned on the tv, wih the back off, and let the paper towels sit under the crt till i was sure there were no leaks. put the back on the tv, run a manual convergence, everything took some time to line up, then perfect focus, was the first time perfect focus had made it all the way trough the cycle in i don't know how long. It was truely amazing the quality of the 1080i picture after the change. Tank you to all the posters who had posted their experiance, was very helpfull to read all the posts and take it slow and easy, and for 21.00 for the collent, and a few hours of time, beats paying the tv guy 300.00.
