Samsung screen issue Can't Post

Could someone help me with my Samsung SP43Q5H . I walked into to see a semi circle shaped mark on the bottom middle of my screen. There is a light mark at back and there seems to be a liquid substance between the screens. By gently pressing on screen this liquid moves.
Could someone help me with any advice or a fix for this problem.
Hope the picture helps, thank you to all in advance.

Yes, it looks like someone splilt some substance on the front on your tv. You will never get rid of all of the contaminate that was splilt but you can minimize it a bit. You need to remove the screen and seperate them but when you clean them and reassemble make shure you put them back into the frame exactly the same way you took them out. Becarefull of the linticular sheet(the black looking one behind the screen protector. The next one is the fresnel sheet(the white clear looking piece that looks like it's cut like a record) Depending on the contaminate soda, kool aid, beer, you might use a mild soap to dissolve the substance. Use a soft rag and wipe the fresnel screen in the direction of the cut. Wipe the linticular in a vertical direction. Do not aply to much pressure it is a fragal screen. Also the fresnal screen is easly scratched so please use a soft cloth. After you cleaned the screens redo the cleaning with a clean rag but this time you need to reclean the screens with distilled water to rinse remaining debris. Let dry and reassemble. I have included the parts list for you unit from the service manul incase the repair goes sour. Good luck.
