Screen cleaning

I own a Pioneer SD P5575 and have noticed the quality of the picture has become a little fuzzy or blurred, not as sharp as it used to be.
I believe the screen is probably dirty on the back side and I would like to try to clean it. Does anyone know how to remove the screen for cleaning. It looks like the end covers need to come of, but I don't want to risk breaking them by prying the wrong way.
