Sony KP46S17 convergence

It started with power supply board. The relay would come on for a second and drop off. Got the power supply board going by switching Q655 and Q656. Now I have power and picture, but on very distorted screen ( pincushion ) plus the convergence is bad and does not response on any color. Any ideas are appreciated.
