Sony KP51HW40 dead	Can't Post

Hello, Im new here, Im a retired TV tech, now doing work on the side for a "used appliance" shop who also sells used TV's.
This Sony KP51HW40 when power button pushed just clicks 2 or 3 times then nothing. Found the HOT Q8038 shorted but nothing else. I cant read the part number, does anyone have it? And or a number for a good sub? I have not had a chance to ring the fly, is it common with this set for the fly to go bad?
When I closed my shop I sold all the good stuff so let it be known that I am working without a scope. Also no print

I dont have manual,but usually if the HOT is short circuit then either flyback tx is faulty(common on sony) or the drive waveform is incorrect so running the transistor too hot. check for dry joints on the flyback tuning caps too.

Thank's! I managed to at least get the print from a fellow tech, it helps but not a lot without a scope.
I was gearing up to replace the IHVT anyway, next step is to find the price, my old distributer still sells me stuff and a good price.
One last question: Is it safe to assume after the HOT and Fly tx shorted that the convergance IC's are ok?

if the flyback tx goes faulty its anyones guess what else is gone.probably nothing else if you are lucky. if you are a retired tech then you will know that nothing is certain till you see the picture appear!!
