Well, quick question! Does it ever stop rolling? Does it ever change? The reason why I ask this is, cause will, this TV as you know is a bit older, there are certain caps that just went bad usually. Look for the caps starting with CP201 to CP211 or maybe C201 to C211, unfortunatley I do not have a service manual for this guy so I couldn't tell ya exactly which one it would be. Try the following. If it does ikn fact change, leave it until it gets to a steady state. Take the back off, (be carefull where you touch!) then get some Freeze it spray and spray away, cap by cap until you see a change. Also, you might want to try a hair blow dryer, this will only help determine the bad cap(s). Well, good luck!!!
