I have a Sony KP-57WV700 TV that i bought Oct 2002. All of sudden my picture is blurry and having double image. Is it one of my bulbs are dead?

Doubtful! You probably have a defective convergence IC and perhaps blow fuses or fusable resistors.
The average repair is about $350.00 for this section.
