my tv is rolling any adjustments for this?please help if anyone knows anything.

Look on the signal board for the 9 volt regulator transistor. I believe it's QP205 or so. There are capacitors ranging from CP201 - CP210. The one that I have found goes bad is CP205 or C205 depending on your set. I am just generalizing this but look around there. Does it look good after it's been on for a while? If you have freeze it spray you could turn the set on, when it stops doing it spray it on each cap at a time and watch when it starts doing it you have found the one. Freeze it sprays could be bought at electronics store or maybe on-line.

Guess what I found?

If you have lines rolling up in the picture check C2P08 100 UFD 16 V off PIN 3 off IC2P03 (3.2 Volt Regulator). These are on the Signal PCB.

If you have a dark unstable raster check C2P05 100 UFD 16 V off PIN 3 off IC2P01 (9-Volt Regulator). These are on the Signal PCB.

If you have flicker in video on bright scenes check C2V29 22 UFD 16 V off PIN 29 off IC2V00, these are on the Signal PCB.

If you have no luminance check for open L2C50 part # 325C146030 on the Signal PCB.

If you have vertical jitter check for C2P05 100 UFD 16 V off PIN 3 off IC2P01 and IC2P01 part # 270P466020 (9-Volt Regulator). You guessed right, on the Signal PCB.

If you have poor vertical sync, like vertical rolling, vertical blanking bar locking in the middle of the picture and or maybe a horizontal pulling or tearing check for C2C52 10 UFD 50 V off the base of Q2C51 on the Signal PCB. Also check C2P05 100 UFD 16 V off PIN 3 off IC2P01 part # 270P466020 (9-volt regulator). Yes, on the Signal PCB.
