rca chassis ctc169PFA: i know its ancient. my problem is the set will not power up. the power on indicator flashes a couple times. upon looking at the deflection board i found a cap withits top blown off. it sits along side the fly to the rear on the left side if looking from the back of the set. there is a lead (white) that goes up to the splitter. need chassis part designation. its a .056@250v. thanks
