I am looking for some info to repair a 32" RCA CTC203CA9 Mod # F32649 The TV has sound but no picture (picture will come on 20-30 minutes later).This TV has been repaired in the past with the same problem @ the cost of $155.00 and lasted for 4 MO. repair was only garunteed for 30 days.Could someone give me a good clue as in where to look.
