hi i saw your post in a tv forum i hope you can help me i have a philips plasma that when i power it on the front green power light goes and and stays on solid and i can hear a click when i try to power it on but there is no pic at all or sound i checked all of the fuses on the y and z board and they are all good....all caps look visually good also on all boards any ideas?? thanks

Are you sure it is on your Y board. If your Y board was at fault you wouldn't have a picture at all. Now for your second question, you already checked the fuse and you know that it is blown. Replace it and see what happens. Odds are it will blow again, but sometimes we get lucky. If it does blow, thent hat is the board you will want to replace. If it does not blow, then you might have fixed your problem. Good luck to you.
