If you don't know what chassis means, or if you know and don't want to bother to open the set how can we help you, normally the modle# and chassis# are on the back of the set if eraised open the set,

look i dont come to this site to answer peoples questions anymore since you guys think i dont know what im doing, i just come to get help for my television thats all nothing else, plus this site was made for people to get help for there televisions to begin with. Smile
