42LG3000 Keeps Rebooting

Hi, i have a 42LG3000 which keeps rebooting. It can happen after an hour of usage or even 5 mins. it then goes to standby and then trys to login but goes back to standby. its very frustrating.
ive cleaned the tv, ensured its well vented and completed a factory reset and still no use.
before i go and buy a new tv, can someone tell me if i can fix this?
