Hey guys.. I need your advice...i'm about 2 buy a RCA 36V550T....can you guys tell me if this is a good TV will it last me a few years...thanks

RCA has one of the worst reliability records in TVs. Save your money and get a reliable name brand (not GE or Zenith).
