AKAI LCT2701TD repair Can't Post

Hello, first post here. I've got a tv model listed in topic. It seems like the power board is completely dead. It did power up to a red light on the tv, but I see a burn mark on the board and it does not seem to power the tv any longer. I am wondering if it's possible to create my own replacement power supply. I am pretty handy in the soldering department. I have the repair manual with the pinouts from the board for the power.

Is it possible to manufacture my own power supply, like maybe from a PC power supply or some other electronic component that can be modded? I have no idea if the LCD still functions so I don't want to invest in buying a new power board for a lot of money. Any help is appreciated.

As long as you match all the supplies parameters.

Example:

5VSB 500mA (? watts) - on whenever set is plugged into AC;
12volt 7.3 amp (? watts) - on only when set is turned on;
5volt 4 amp (? watts) - on only when set is turned on.
You can exceed amperage requirements on one or all.
Stand by supply would have to activate first, followed by switched. Lastly you will have to hit the regular power button.
Even though power on (PON) signal will not be turning on the unit, the rest of main board would have to be told to wake up.
