APEX GB5108	Can't Post

repaired the verticle in the tv, but now it has wavy lines thru out the whole picture, anyone have a clue what is causing this?

Change C66(10mfd@!6V) and C69(10mfd@16V) located on stand-up board. It is a vendor problem on the caps!

ive got the same issue with my apex gb5108 and was wondering where i can locate the stand up board containing c66 and c69. also it takes 5-10 mins to get a picture, almost like its warming up. any info would be greatly appreciated Thanks, -Rick
