Alba blown PSU	Can't Post

I have an Alba lcd32947hd TV one of the resistors have blown on the power board which is located at R977 The colour bands are orange white sliver and gold,
Do you know value of this resistor?
The power supply is a Vestel board 17PW25-4
I had a look at the schematic diagram for this board the resistor valve is labeled as or22 do anyone know what this mean?

Value of resistor is;...
0.39 ohms @ 5% tolerance..
Usually when a resistor that low in value blows , it means other parts are bad...

I don't work on LED/LCD or Plasma TVs..

"or22" might actually be 0R22, which would mean a 0.22 Ohm resistor...

You seem like a fairly intelligent person , but , how did you miss this???

Orange= 3
White=9
Silver on the 3rd band means 10%
Gold on the 4th band means 5% tolerance...

I wasn''t doubting the colors, just tried to explain the guy what "or22" might have meant...
It would be weird though that the color bars on the resistor say a different value then what he claims is appearing on the schematics, maybe the resistor was changed before?
