Alba tv hdmi	Can't Post

Hi all I have a 32" alba tv and the problem I have is when I connect my hdmi cable to it, either from my ps3 or laptop it immediately goes to the hdmi channel but a message says no signal and a blue screen, the hdmi cable works fine on other tv's in the house! Any help would be great

Does it behave the same when you first plug in the HDMI cable and then switch to the hdmi channel?

You're making it sound like you are using the act of inserting the hdmi cable as a switch and some sets don't like that.

Yes exactley the same the tv automatically transfers to the hdmi channel when I plug the cable in, then after a second or 2 a blue screen appears saying no signal, I have tried it on a different tv and it works fine
