Blue CRT Blooming	Can't Post

I just bought a Samsung 53" rear projection set. I had someone look at it because I can't get the blue to focus. He said the blue is blooming and is weak. He suggested I need a new Blue CRT. Is this correct? Or can I replace the coolant in the crt and correct the problem. Also, if it is the crt he said he could get me one for $178 new. Is this a reasonable price or is there somewhere else that I can purchase one for cheaper? Someone PLEASE help me.

Is the crt shot or just a convergance Amp, cheapest fix is to replace the convergance first but you should have it checked out with some one with a video genarator that displays a cross hatch pattern this will tell you what wrong
