CAN'T ADJUST CONVERGENCE

I have a RPTV (Toshiba 43vj22p) and I can't adjust the red convergence horizontally, even in service mode. I have restored the convergence in design mode, but the red still hasn’t moved.
I can adjust the blue, both horizontally and vertically and the red vertically.but the red won't move horizontally.
